Cooling Down Quickly

We went to visit some friends outside of Strong this afternoon, and my wife and I were both quite surprised to see the snow on top of the mountains as we traveled out the Town Farm Road in Farmington. That certainly brought home exactly what season we are headed into. The forecast for today was for no precipitation, and that is what we had. I do not believe the cloud cover reached 20% let alone the lowest prediction of N.O.A.A. at 38%.

The temperature and humidity are detailed below as usual:
Temperature: 30°F/33°F//42°F/46°F//48°F/52°F//46°F/50°F.
Relative Humidity: 72%/71%//48%/54%//40%/43%//45%/43%.
There still does not seem to be any correlation between the forecast data and reality. Beyond that I cannot comment.
For the overnight N.O.A.A. predicts that this immediate area will not see any precipitation. The Weather Underground model map says the same. I looked at the NEXRAD Radar and it shows frozen precipitation at the New Hampshire border with Maine and rain into southern Franklin County. The cloud cover is predicted to be 0%/24%/48% and 72% beginning at 20:00 hours this evening. The temperature and humidity forecasts are tabulated below:
Temperature: 40°F/36°F/34°F/32°F.
Relative Humidity: 57%/69%/78%/96%.
These numbers are already outside of reality. I just can't wait for tomorrow morning. NOT!
My Weather Stick points slightly down. No further comment is necessary. The Weather Station Console and Min/Max Thermometer predict fair skies and improving barometric pressure. The remote weather station predicts clouds and deteriorating barometric pressure. I am not sure what is going to happen. The composite radar says one thing, the model forecast map says another, and the instruments still another. My best guess is that we will see clouds early tomorrow morning, and the dawn will be dreary. This
will not be the best day for the start of deer hunting season. I am planning to be out in the woods for a few hours to see if I can be successful. If it is raining or sleeting I may defer until Monday. If it is snowing I may go out anyway.
