Yes, finally the wind has died down to less than a freshet. The sky has cleared off and the temperature is falling. This seems to be a much calmer night than the last few have been. There is still some wind at about 5 miles per hour, but that is hardly noticeable when compared to what we have had. We did have a brief snow shower this morning, but once that stopped, we did not have any more. The cloud cover decreased through the day and we are now left with radiational cooling into the clear skies. The forecast/actual temperature and humidity through the day are detailed below:

Once again, N.O.A.A. has outdone itself, and shows some capability of getting the projected data correct. Let's see if they can keep it up. N.O.A.A. has forecast no precipitation overnight with cloud cover at 3%/9%/14% and 22%. Things appear to be quite clear this evening. The temperature and relative humidity forecast data is presented below:

This data seems reasonable when compared with what we have been having.
My Weather Stick points slightly up, indicating lower humidity, higher pressure, and the possibility of unsettled weather, if you put your faith in weather sticks. All three of the electronic weather stations indicate improving barometric pressure. The Min/Max Thermometer and Weather Station console predict fair skies. The remote weather station forecasts clouds. When I looked at the sky a few minutes ago, I found it clear, with large numbers of stars visible. I also saw the lights from a couple of aircraft as they flew over. I think this will continue overnight, and we will see a clear dawn tomorrow morning. It will be quite cool in the morning when we rise to face the day
