This morning there are plenty of clouds in the sky. For a morning that N.O.A.A. is calling for no precipitation, it certainly looks like we might have some in our immediate future. The cloud type is a rain layer cloud. We did not have any more precipitation last evening that could be measured, although it was cloudy. Those clouds are probably the reason we did not get very cold last night. I started this report at 05:30 and the temperature has continued to fall, starting at 38.3, and now an hour later it has fallen to 37.7. If I need to change it later I will, but I will report this as the low and current temperature. Overnight the cloud cover was supposed to reach 90% and then fall to 59%, well it never did fall, and the current cloud cover is close to the 90% mark. The forecast/actual temperature and relative humidity are reported in the following table:

Once again, N.O.A.A.'s prediction of the temperature is reasonable, but they have missed the mark on the relative humidity.
The Weather Underground model forecast maps predict that we will not have any precipitation today, and N.O.A.A. predicts the same. N.O.A.A. further predicts that we will have cloud cover at 49%/45%/40% and 45%, so I guess their prediction is for partly cloudy skies all day. Their prediction for the temperature and relative humidity is tabulated below:

My Weather Stick points down, and with the sky, the humidity and the barometric pressure it appears to have a handle on the coming weather, if you put faith in it as a prognosticator. I think it is calling for foul weather in our future. The Weather Station Console and Min/Max Thermometer are indicating deteriorating barometric pressure and unsettled weather (fair skies and clouds mixed) for today. The remote weather station is forecasting clouds with a steady barometer. My own prognostication is for a possibility of some unsettled weather with a chance for showers. Those showers, if they occur, will be light and widely scattered.
