The Rain Has Not Arrived Yet!

The ground is wet, there is fog, but, as of yet, there has been no measurable rain. I will check my rain gauge for spider webs, but I do not think that is the problem. I checked the NEXRAD composite radar, and there is rain to the north of us and rain to the south of us, but none here. N.O.A.A.'s prediction of rain after 01:00 was not quite correct, and they did not see the fog in our future either. The forecast of 100% cloud cover appears to be correct, and that continues. The temperature and relative humidity data comparison follows:
Temperature: 46°F/48°F//44°F/47°F//43°F/46°F//41°F/46°F:
Relative Humidity: 76%/80%//87%/85%//94%/89%//95%/91%:
Once again N.O.A.A. has done very well in predicting the temperature and relative humidity.
N.O.A.A. currently forecasts rain for our area, but I do not see that on the NEXRAD radar or the Weather Underground model forecast map. They are predicting rain starting a bit later this morning, but I still do not see that on the radar. They show the rain going north and south of us. The prediction for cloud cover is 100% all day. The predicted temperature and relative humidity data is tabulated next:
Temperature: 45°F/46°F/47°F/46°F:
Relative Humidity: 100%/86%/79%/83%:
I am not sure at the present how this forecast will turn out.
My Weather Stick points down, and once again with 91% humidity that is no shocker. My three electronic instruments still do not seem to be able to agree completely. The Weather Station Console and remote weather station are calling for the barometric pressure to improve. The Min/Max Thermometer is forecasting deteriorating barometric pressure with a mix of clouds and fair skies, as is the remote weather station. The Weather Station Console is forecasting fair skies based on the improvement in the barometric pressure. I do not remember seeing
a barometric pressure this high producing rainstorms, but I suppose it is possible. The only suggestion I can make is that the weather will be unsettled.
