"The barometric pressure is rising, but we still have overcast conditions. The temperature is incredibly warm for this time of year. We have had no measurable rain since my report of last evening, although as I went out around 17:30 hours there was some drizzle, but not enough to measure. N.O.A.A. and the Weather Underground model map did get this storm right, and the cloud cover was at or near 100% for the period. The temperature and relative humidity data are detailed next:

The forecast and actual temperature and relative humidity data are very close for the overnight period, and I am impressed.
N.O.A.A. is forecasting scattered light showers early this morning, and those clearing out by 10:00 hours. The cloud cover will be a bit more tenacious starting at 95% dropping to 88% with little change for the rest of the day to 81% and back to 83% by 16:00 hours. There appears to be very little change expected in either the temperature or relative humidity for today, and those numbers are detailed next:

My Weather Stick points down, like that is a surprise with 94% relative humidity. My Weather Station Console and Min/Max Thermometer are forecasting improving barometric pressure and fair skies. We are getting the improvement in the atmospheric pressure, but the skies have not cleared yet. The remote weather station forecast improving barometric pressure also, but the outlook is for a mix of clouds and sun. I see overcast sky outside, but we have no fog here, which was predicted last night. I would suggest that we will have a mix of sun and clouds today with unseasonably warm temperatures. This is much to warm for this time of year, but we must accept what we get, since we cannot change it."
