Wicked Weather This Way Comes!
The rain keeps coming, and coming, and coming. It was raining when I left for Auburn, and it was still raining when I left Auburn some 4 hours later. N.O.A.A. forecast rain today, and they were correct, as were the Weather Underground model maps. The cloud cover never did improve to 84% by my estimate. It remained at or near 100% all day. The temperature and relative humidity forecast/actual data is tabulated next:
Temperature: 52°F/50°F//55°F/53°F//57°F/53°F//56°F/53°F:
Relative Humidity: 77%/94%//74%/94%//75%/94%//77/94%:
For the overnight both N.O.A.A. and the Weather Underground model forecast map predict rain, heavy at times. The temperature is expected to rise to unprecedented levels, and the cloud cover will remain at 100%. The relative humidity is also expected to be quite high (100% is quite high). The forecast temperature and relative humidity data is tabulated next:
Temperature: 55°F/53°F/54°F/59°F:
Relative Humidity: 100%/100%/100%/100%:
My Weather Stick points down, and with the relative humidity at an all time high for this month of 95% that is, again, no surprise. All three of the electronic instruments are forecasting rain (or storm warning) with deteriorating barometric pressure. From the appearance of the rain outside, as well as the cloud cover, I would surmise that they are correct. I guess we will have some rain for a change.
