"Our low temperature occurred at 23:55 hours last night. At that point, the clouds must have rolled in acting like a blanket to hold the heat in. We actually had the temperature rise from then until after sunrise. This morning we have not had any precipitation, and the cloud cover appears to be complete. N.O.A.A. got the predominant weather correct, but the cloud cover is significantly higher than they predicted. The usual tabulation of the temperature record and relative humidity record is next:

N.O.A.A.'s predictions on both the temperature and relative humidity were much better than the predictions for yesterday afternoon.
For today, the N.O.A.A. and Weather Underground model maps forecast no precipitation. Although N.O.A.A. does forecast the cloud cover to rise from 55% to 100%, to 100% and finally to 100% . These numbers have been changed since i did the report this morning. The temperature and relative humidity predictions for today are tabulated next (they were changed also):

My Weather Sick is in, what has become, its usual position lately, and that is down. The Weather Station Console and Min/Max Thermometer predict fair skies with improving barometric pressure. The remote weather station is showing steady barometric pressure with cloudy skies predicted. My suspicion is that the clouds will be around for a while, but there will be little or no precipitation. Further, I am seeing some drop in the barometric pressure, and that may not bode well for the weather for the week."Low Temperature (°F): 28.0
