The barometric pressure has increased significantly since yesterday. At the same time, the temperature has taken a nosedive. It is definitely crisp and cold outside this morning. The ground is beginning to freeze, so if you have driveways to mark you might want to consider getting that done today. N.O.A.A. had the predominant weather correct and the cloud cover as well. The temperature and relative humidity comparisons (forecast v reality) are tabulated next:

The N.O.A.A. predictions for the temperature were within five degrees across the evening. The relative humidity forecast started out low and ended high when compared to the actual data. I will continue monitoring this information.
The predominant weather forecast by the Weather Underground model map and N.O.A.A. is for no precipitation during the day, and the cloud cover to be quite low (0%/12%/23%/23%) for the daylight hours. The tabulation of the forecast temperature and relative humidity for today is detailed next:

If these forecast numbers prove to be accurate, this will be one of the "driest" days we have seen since last winter. We will find out this afternoon how it turns out.
My weather stick, this morning, points slightly down indicating the slightly lower humidity. All three of my electronic instruments forecast fair skies with improving barometric pressure. What I see outside my windows certainly confirms that. My guess is that we will have a delightful late autumn day. If you can, do get outside and enjoy it.
