No Rain Yet
It is almost warm outside. The sky is overcast, and there has been no rain, therefore it appears that N.O.A.A. got that part of the forecast correct. The temperature and relative humidity are detailed next.
Temperature: 42°F/34°F//40°F/36°F//38°F/37°F//37°F/38°F:
Relative Humidity: 73%/82%//79%/81%//82%/84%//82%/82%:
The forecast temperatures were closer to the actual as the night wore on, but they did not start out very well. With the exception of the initial forecast relative humidity at 19:00 hours the forecast and actual relative humidity were very close.
For today N.O.A.A. predicts light scattered showers over our area with cloud cover in the mid to high eighty percent range. As I look outside I can believe that. The temperature and relative humidity forecasts certainly support that forecast as you can see below.
Temperature: 36°F/42°F/46°F/44°F:
Relative Humidity: 82%/73%/71%/73%:
My Weather Stick points down. Are you surprised at that? The electronic instruments are all calling for a mix of clouds and sun today, but they cannot agree on the change in air pressure. The Weather Station Console predicts the pressure will deteriorate. The Min/Max Thermometer predicts that it will improve, and the remote weather station sees the pressure deteriorating. My best guess is that we will have unsettled weather, a possibility of light showers, warmer than normal temperatures and a low-pressure system moving in.
