Overnight we have had, and are continuing to have, frizzle. Parts of my vehicle are ice coated, and parts are just wet. There is some ice forming on the puddles in the driveway, but there is liquid on places in the lawn. It depends on your location if you have ice, rain falling, or a mix. This is a very tough call. The cloud cover has been at or near 100% all night, and it appears to be remaining so for the near future. The temperature and relative humidity are detailed next.

N.O.A.A. really did hit the mark with the temperature forecast, but the relative humidity is close only at the beginning of the forecast period. I guess they will just have to try again.
According to N.O.A.A., again, the daylight hours are supposed to remain gray, but get a little lighter. They are also predicting that we will continue with light scattered rain showers. The operative word is rain. The temperature is supposed to rise above freezing as it is detailed below.

As noted in an earlier report, the precipitation has taken its time to get here, and it is taking its time to leave.
My Weather Stick points down and it is almost making a complete circle. The electronic instruments do not seem to want to agree. The Weather Station Console predicts fair skies with improving barometric pressure. The Min/Max Thermometer predicts rain with deteriorating barometric pressure. Finally the remote weather station predicts fair skies with deteriorating barometric pressure. My best guess from all this data is that the weather will remain unsettled, the temperatures will warm up a bit over yesterday and we will have another dismal day. This month the weather has been strange, and that is normal.
