We Are Still Fogbound

As the title says, we are fogbound this morning. We had no measurable precipitation overnight. I had a meeting last night, and when I got home the sky was almost clear. That clear sky allowed temperatures to fall lower than the forecast due to radiational cooling. Obviously the clouds moved in after I got home.
According to N.O.A.A. the fog should be gone before 10:00 hours this morning. They also say that we may have some light scattered showers from about 13:00 hours on this afternoon. With the temperature forecast to be in the mid-forties that should be all liquid precipitation, if we get any at all. The cloud cover is forecast to be in the 70 to 80% range, except that at about 13:00 hours its may be around 67%. The temperature and relative humidity comparative and forecast data follow at the end of the report.
My Weather Stick points down. All three of my electronic instruments forecast continued deteriorating barometric pressure and inclement conditions for today. I think that is exactly what we will have for the daylight hours today.
Low Temperature (°F): 26.4
Current Temperature (°F): 27.8
Relative Humidity: 91%
Dew Point (°F): 25.5
Heat Index (°F): N/A
Barometric Pressure (in Hg): 29.68
Wind Direction: Southeast
Wind Speed (mph): 0.0
Wind Chill (°F): 27.8
Precipitation: Fog
Amount (inches): 0.00
Sky-AM: Overcast
Cloud Type: Stratus
Weather Stick: Down
Comparative data for the overnight.
Temperature: 41°F/35°F//38°F/29°F//36°F/28°F//34°F/26°F.
Relative Humidity: 73%/88%//79%/90%//96%/91%//89%/90%.

As you can see the N.O.A.A. temperature forecast data and the actual data were not close. I made the mistake of relying on the temperature forecast in hopes that my hose would not freeze. I fear that was a vain hope since the temperature reached a low of 26.4°F. It should thaw fairly quickly, though, since we are forecast to have another warm day. The relative humidity forecast was no better than the temperature forecast.
Forecast data for today.
Temperature: 31°F/39°F/46°F/45°F.
Relative Humidity: 100%/96%/86%/80%
