This Has Been A Good Day
Today was more like the vernal equinox than the winter solstice. Temperatures were in the mid to upper forties, the sun was bright, the sky was clear, and the winds were light. NO.A.A. and the Weather Underground model forecast maps had the predominant weather correct. We had no rain or other precipitation. These are days that, at least for the time being, we will not have to pay for.
For the overnight N.O.A.A. and the Weather Underground, model forecast maps predict that we will not have any precipitation. The temperature should get into the low twenties, but the cloud cover should remain less than 20%. The wind, that was a feature today, will diminish overnight.
My Weather Stick in response to 55% relative humidity points up. All three of my electronic instruments are forecasting partly cloudy skies and improving barometric pressure. I am not so sure about the partly cloudy skies but the barometric pressure is rising. Based on the data from NO.A.A. I do not think we will see much the way of clouds during the overnight.

Wind Direction: North Northwest
Wind Speed (mph): 0.0

Comparative data for today
Temperature: 21°F/30°F//32°F/40°F//41°F/45°F//39°F/36°F.
Relative Humidity: 88%/68%//53%/53%//37%/41%//39%/50%.
N.O.A.A. actually did better with the forecast of the relative humidity than they did with the forecast of the temperature.
Forecast data for the overnight:
Temperature: 31°F/27°F/24°F/21°F.
Relative Humidity: 53%/57%/60%/65%
