This installment is almost over

As you can see we had 4 inches of snow at noon and 6 at 16:00 hours. We have not received enough more to measure since then, although we will need to look in the morning to see if there was any more reportable precipitation. N.O.A.A. had this one right, and the only error from the Weather Underground model forecast maps was the timing of the start and finish of the storm.
For the overnight N.O.A.A. forecasts ice (sleet) changing back to snow by morning, but it will probably be light. The NEXRAD radar indicates that the storm has already moved off shore.
My Weather Stick points down are we surprised with the 85% relative humidity. None of the electronic instruments agree completely. The Weather Station Console has us under a storm alert with falling barometric pressure. The Min/Max Thermometer forecasts foul weather with falling barometric pressure. Finally the remote weather station is forecasting clouds with falling barometric pressure. My guess, unsettled weather with a chance of a little more snow, but it will be cold and windy.
