We did have some filtered sun today, but the clouds kept thickening and lowering as if we are getting ready for a storm. It did warm up to the point that I went to my Physical Therapy appointment in jeans and a tee shirt. At 25 degrees I was not quite ready for the Bermuda shorts. It was a pleasant day though. N.O.A.A. did get the predominant weather correct since we had no precipitation during the day.
N.O.A.A. predicts that we will see some precipitation overnight, and it will not be liquid. Be careful out there tomorrow morning. The Weather Underground model forecast maps are saying we are going to have a bit of weather as well. Oh well, forewarned is forearmed I guess.
My Weather Stick points slightly down in response to the 74% relative humidity. My electronic instruments are all over the place. They all predict the barometric pressure will fall, and indeed it already has. The weather predictions are all different. The Weather Station Console forecasts a storm, the Min/Max Thermometer says foul weather and the remote weather station forecasts cloudy conditions. Based on N.O.A.A.,, Weather Underground's model maps and what I can see with my instruments I think we will have some inclement weather with a bit of snow. Tomorrow morning will tell the tale.
Today was the 64th anniversary of my birth, and my younger daughter had a party here for me. I was deeply touched and had a wonderful time. Thank you Marian it was great. I knew I was in trouble when my friend who has been loading my outdoor wood boiler showed up with his wife this evening. Thank you everyone for the wonderful time.
