Despite N.O.A.A.'s prognostication we did not have any precipitation overnight. It has been windy though, as is evidenced by the amount of snow that has been moved around. Drifts are starting to form where they usually do in my yard. Currently (09:30 hours) it is snowing lightly. We seem to be having some winter after a very mild December.
For today N.O.A.A. predicts light snow all day. It is snowing now and the overcast seems to be promising more. Again, according to N.O.A.A. we can expect about an inch of new snow by 19:00 hours this evening. The wind is also becoming a factor today, and it is quite blustery. The Weather Underground model forecast maps show the storm of yesterday off in the Canadian Maritimes, headed out to sea.
My Weather Stick points straight out from my carriage house wall, still in response to the 59% relative humidity. My electronic instruments are a bit more confused. The Weather Station Console predicts foul weather with a falling barometer. My Min/Max Thermometer forecasts partly cloudy skies with a rising barometer, and the remote weather station forecasts foul weather with falling barometric pressure. Since it is snowing outside my house, and the wind is blowing I would suggest that we would continue with some foul weather, wind and temperatures in the twenties for today.

N.O.A.A., once again, did very well with the forecast for the temperature and the relative humidity for the overnight. Anytime they can get within 5% on the relative humidity I feel they have done well.
