Snowing Since 21:00 Hours
Right now it is as dark as the inside of a pocket outside (06:00 hours). Bart and I went for our morning constitutional and he wasted no time getting back inside. (Bart is our English Setter.) It is still snowing lightly as N.O.A.A. predicted. The clouds did thicken and lower overnight producing about an inch of snow so far.
For today N.O.A.A. forecasts snow to start the day ending around noon. There may be some snow north and south of us according to the graphical forecast maps. The cloud cover is forecast to start at 81% and fall during the day to the upper 60% range. It will be interesting to see the results on the snow gauge. I will photograph that when it is light enough to do so.
My Weather Stick, wonder of wonders, points down. Actually with 79% relative humidity that is no surprise. My Weather Station Console and Min/Max Thermometer forecast falling barometric pressure and foul weather. The remote weather station forecasts clouds with a steady barometric pressure. This data does not give a clear view of the forecast for today, but I will suggest that we will have a bit more snow this morning, with the temperature moderating slightly and the skies becoming lighter. I do not think we will see the sun today, but we might.
