Once the snow stopped, shortly after I finished the report, it did begin to warm up. We did crack the freezing mark by several degrees. Therefore, N.O.A.A. did get that part right, but we did not have the all day snow that was promised. I did photograph the new snow with the snow gauge, and it was not really clear that we had an inch of snow. We did, but it did not show up well in the photographs.
For tonight, N.O.A.A. is again calling for light, scattered snow showers. If they keep calling for them maybe they will eventually get it right. The cloud cover (which will produce the snow) is expected to remain at 82% until 04:00 hours when it will drop to 79%. They also expect it to get cold, but not as cold as last night.
My Weather Stick points straight out in response to the 60% relative humidity. The Weather Station Console and Min/Max Thermometer are forecasting inclement weather while the remote weather station forecasts clouds with steady barometric pressure. The other two are forecasting falling barometric pressure. As warm as it got outside it was still cold in the barn by about 10 degrees (17 in the barn and 27 outside on both my instruments with sensors outside. I think that the cloud cover has thickened enough that we will see some snow overnight. I have no idea how much, but we will get it all.

N.O.A.A. had some success the forecast for the temperature today with the exception of the 13:00 hour reading. They missed the mark with the relative humidity
forecast at three of the 4 points, but they got the16:00 hour reading within 2%.
