The Snow Lost Its Way In The Clouds
The snow that was expected last night never did materialize, or if it did it never reached the ground. It is still overcast and quite cold (7.3°F). Both N.O.A.A. and I blew that one since there was no precipitation, but the temperature did get close to the forecast level of 11°F at 04:00 hours.
For the daylight hours N.O.A.A. forecasts light, scattered snow showers again with the cloud cover dropping to around 55% and the temperature reaching the upper twenties. The Weather Underground model forecast maps do not show any precipitation today, so I am not sure what to believe.
My Weather Stick points down, and for those who are believers in them, that would indicate foul weather. Two of the electronic instruments forecast foul weather with deteriorating barometric pressure while the remote weather station forecasts clouds and a steady barometer. After last night I am not sure what to think. I will guess that there is a possibility for some snow, but I do not believe it will amount to much.

N.O.A.A. did well with the forecast for the temperature overnight. The initial forecast point was good, but the rest were wide of the mark for the relative humidity.
