Low Temperature At 23:30 Hours, Rising Since
My guess is that we had some clouds move in around midnight adding a layer of insulation to our area, and allowing the temperature to moderate. At some point during the midnight to 06:00 hour point we had a snow shower. It provided just a trace of new snow, and not enough to measure. It does appear that I read the signs correctly for our area. Chalk one up for my side.
For today N.O.A.A. forecasts no precipitation, high temperatures in the mid-twenties and cloud cover in the 60% range. There does not seem to be any stormy weather on the Weather Underground model forecast maps, and the NEXRAD radar is clear for our area. It does appear that the snow shower is currently headed off the coast near Portland.
My Weather Stick points slightly down, and the relative humidity is 71%. We seem to be developing a correlation here. All three of my electronic instruments forecast foul weather with falling barometric pressure. I am looking at partly to mostly cloudy skies as I observe the weather outside my windows. The barometric pressure has fallen a bit since my report of last night, but not significantly. I will suggest that we will have just that, partly to mostly cloudy skies, no precipitation and moderating temperatures.

N.O.A.A. did poorly with the forecast for the temperature today. The last data point was the only one that was close. The relative humidity forecast was much better.
