Don't Like The Weather, Wait 15 Minutes

Well, we started off the morning with overcast skies, the sun came out, the clouds and snow showers came back and finally we have gotten into clear skies with lots of wind. N.O.A.A. missed it on the second half of the day when the sun came out, the skies cleared and the temperature fell. We had our high temperature around 10:00 hours. The wind is cruel and biting. It is pretty strong too.
N.O.A.A. predicts no precipitation overnight, in fact they are calling for the cloud cover to continue to dissipate (22%/14%/5%/3%). That is the lowest cloud cover forecast that I can remember seeing since I have been following the N.O.A.A. forecasts. We can also expect the temperatures to dip once again into the single numbers. I do not think we will ever warm up. We did have a warm December, and everything seems to average out.
My Weather Stick points up as a result of the 36% relative humidity. All three of the electronic instruments are forecasting fair skies overnight with rising barometric pressure. With all the forecasts going that way I would have to agree and call for fair skies, lots of wind and low temperatures for the overnight. Stay warm!
High Temperature (°F): 37.2
Current Temperature (°F): 26.4
Relative Humidity (%): 36%
Dew Point (°F): 2.6
Heat Index (°F): N/A
Barometric Pressure (in. Hg): 30.17
Wind Direction: West Northwest
Wind Speed (mph): 7.3
Wind Chill ((°F): 16.1
Precipitation (type): Snow
Amount (inches): 0.00
Sky-PM: Clear
Cloud Type: None
Weather Stick: Up
Comparative data for today.
Temperature: 24°F/28.9°F//29°F/37.0°F//32°F/32.3°F//31°F/26.2°F
Relative Humidity: 66%/81%//46%/62%//32%/36%//29%/36%.

N.O.A.A. forecast the temperature closely for the today. They only missed the 10:00 hour data point by more than 5 degrees. The only relative humidity data point N.O.A.A. forecast correctly was the 13:00 hours point. I still wish I knew how they determine these forecasts.
Forecast data for the overnight.
Temperature: 24°F/16°F/10°F/06°F
Relative Humidity: 36%/46%/57%/60%
