I Have Seen Crocuses Coming Up

Before I get into tonight's' report I have a correction. The poem I was thinking of was by Carl Sandburg, and is as follows:
The fog comes
on little cat feet.

It sits looking
over harbor and city
on silent haunches
and then moves on.

Carl Sandburg
My thanks to the reader of this report that brought it to my attention.
N.O.A.A. did get the predominant weather correct. As you saw in this morning's report there was some thick fog, and id did dissipate by 10:00 hours. The sky did clear and we had a lovely, warm, spring day. The snow that fell overnight is gone along with some more of the snowpack.
For tonight N.O.A.A. predicts no precipitation for the first half and fog for the second. The cloud cover above the fog is supposed to remain quite light (18%/81%/18%/29%). The temperature is forecast to reach the mid-twenties by 04:00 hours tomorrow morning.
My Weather Stick responds to the 72% relative humidity by pointing straight out. All three of my electronic instruments are in agreement calling for fair skies with rising barometric pressure. How can argue with that? With N.O.A.A.'s prediction of temperatures in the mid-twenties I am not sure how the fog will form without it freezing on everything. That should be interesting.
High Temperature (°F): 58.8
Current Temperature (°F): 32.1
Relative Humidity (%): 72%
Dew Point (°F): 23.8
Heat Index (°F): N/A
Barometric Pressure (in. Hg): 30.33
Wind Direction: South Southwest
Wind Speed (mph): 0.0
Wind Chill ((°F): 32.1
Precipitation (type): None
Amount (inches): 0.00
Sky-PM: Clear
Cloud Type: None
Weather Stick: Straight
Comparative data for today.
Temperature: 28°F/30.7°F//41°F/38.4°F//47°F/49.2°F//47°F/56.4°F
Relative Humidity: 78%/88%//46%/77%//38%/54%//37%/39%.

N.O.A.A. was within 5° of the target with the temperature from 07:00 to 13:00 hours. They Missed the 16:00 hour data point though. The only relative humidity forecast for today that was accurate was at 16:00 hours this afternoon. The rest of them were over 5% outside the actual recorded reading. It seems the relative humidity moved out a bit faster than they expected..
Forecast data for the overnight.
Temperature:40°F/33°F/29°F/29°F
Relative Humidity: 68%/72%/85%/92%
