A Sparkling Clear Morning

The sky was red this morning, but sparkling clear, and with no clouds anywhere on the horizon, I do not believe this indicates foul weather in the near future. The horizon was tinged red all the way around. The temperature did not quite reach the freezing mark, but the wind has become a bit more of a factor. Today may not feel as warm as it actually gets. N.O.A.A.'s prediction of snow overnight apparently did not come to fruition, since there is no new snow on the ground.
For today, N.O.A.A. forecasts no precipitation, dissipating cloud cover (11%/8%/5%/3%), temperatures in the low forties and a significant amount of wind out of the northwest. I am not sure how to measure 11% cloud cover, and what the difference between 11% and 3% is. They both seem to be very clear skies.
My Weather Stick points straight out representing 61% relative humidity. My Weather Station Console still predicts foul weather with falling barometric pressure. The other two instruments forecast partly cloudy skies with rising barometric pressure. I have looked out of my windows and I cannot see a cloud in the sky, the sun is up and the wind is blowing at nearly five miles per hour. I think we will have a clear blustery day with much of the wind that March is known for. If you have the time and a kite this might be a good day to go fly it.

Relative Humidity: 73%/78%//79%/85%//82%/80%//78%/68%.

N.O.A.A. was within 5° of the target with the temperature for the first two time periods overnight and missed the last two. Maybe the cold front did not come through as quickly as they thought it would. There were two points that were close to the forecast relative humidity; 19:00 hours last night and 01:00 hours this morning. This could have been better.
Forecast data for today.
Temperature: 33°F/39°F/43°F/42°F
Relative Humidity: 58%/42%/33%/31%
