The Wind Is Moderating And The Temperature Climbing

Looking at my Weather Station History file I find that the wind has moderated overnight, therefore the windchill has become more bearable. There was no precipitation, the temperature dipped below freezing and the sky was clear (at least at 23:00 hours). By this morning some cirrus clouds had taken up residence over Wilton, Maine. It does appear that, with the exception of the relative humidity, N.O.A.A. did get the forecast correct for the overnight.
For today N.O.A.A. forecasts no precipitation, very low cloud cover (6%/12%/17%/11%), temperatures rising into the mid-forties and significantly less wind than we have been having. The cloud cover already seems to be significantly higher than the prediction, but that can change. There is some precipitation showing up on the NEXRAD radar, but it is moving south from Pennsylvania toward the Atlantic. The Weather Underground model forecast maps do not show any precipitation coming our way until Monday morning and that is forecast to last until sometime Tuesday.
My Weather Stick points up. I still need to take some photographs at different relative humidities to put together the calibration for this stick. The electronic instruments are much closer to agreement. There are two that predict fair skies with rising barometric pressure. The remote weather station forecasts partly cloudy skies with rising barometric pressure. Based on the information I gather by looking outside I think we will have partly cloudy skies, but a bight day with light wind. It does appear that March will go out like a lamb, as it is expected to.

N.O.A.A. was within 5° of the target with the temperature for the overnight. They totally missed the relative humidity forecast.
