This is the day that the Lord hath made, let us rejoice and be glad in it. It appears that N.O.A.A. did not get the predominant weather correct for the overnight. The clouds dissipated leaving just a few on the eastern horizon and temperatures in the low twenties. If there had been any precipitation here it definitely would have been frozen.
For the first half of today N.O.A.A. is predicting no precipitation, but for the second half they predict light snow overspreading the area. There should be enough time for those who wish to attend Sunrise Services in this area to do so. There will not be much cloud cover (42%/53%/65%/74%), the temperature is forecast to get into the mid-thirties and there will be some wind. All of this is certainly not the weather we expect in mid-April.
My Weather Stick is straight out responding to the 66% relative humidity. Two of my electronic instruments forecast partly cloudy skies with falling barometric pressure. The remote weather station forecasts foul weather with falling barometric pressure like the others. From what I see outside I think we will have a bit of sun this mooring, but the weather will deteriorate as the day wears on. It seems that it will remain cold, making it a less than perfect day.
