Apparently Yesterday Was The Pick Of The Week!

N.O.A.A. forecast no precipitation for Wilton overnight. They said the cloud cover would increase and the temperature would fall into the low to mid-twenties. The low temperature made it into the upper teens again, but they were right about the precipitation and cloud cover. We are back into the gray and sombers.
For today N.O.A.A. seems to be changing period to period. The first six hours this morning they are predicting snow. There is a break, and we can expect the day to end in rain. The temperature supports that forecast, but the cloud cover (71%/82%/92%/96%) is somewhat less supportive. The NEXRAD radar show the precipitation in central New Hampshire, and it appears to be headed in our direction. The Weather Underground model forecast maps still indicate that the precipitation will start later today, and continue will into tomorrow. For our area of central Maine their prediction is for an all snow even. Joy, Joy!
My Weather Stick points straight out as a result of the 66% relative humidity. The electronic instruments show the same forecasts as they did last night. The usual two electronic instruments forecast fair skies and improving barometric pressure for the overnight. The remote weather station forecasts clouds with steady barometric pressure. I do not believe any of them, and would suggest that we are in for a storm. My shoulders hurt, and they are pretty good indicators of upcoming weather. We will certainly get all that the storm has to offer.

The N.O.A.A. forecast for temperature for today was good for the overnight, because the furthest they were off the mark was three degrees. The relative humidity was another matter. The only data point that came close to reality was at 20:00 hour.
