This Is The Pick Of The Weekend
N.O.A.A. forecast scattered light snow showers for the entire overnight period. Fortunately, they were incorrect. We did not have any precipitation at all. In fact, for a change, the low temperature did not fall below freezing. This meant that more of the snow that fell Thursday evening melted, as you can see from the photo below.

Melting Snow Against The Blue Sky
For today, N.O.A.A. started out with light scattered snow showers and quickly moved to no precipitation. The cloud cover is supposed to decrease until around 14:00 hours after which the clouds will begin to move back in (85%/58%/75%/79%). All of this in advance of another storm system for which N.O.A.A. has put us under a "Winter Storm Watch" again. We did not have much Winter in December, but now that it is Spring, we are getting all the Winter.
My Weather Stick is again lagging behind the relative humidity, but it will catch up with itself later. All three of the electronic instruments forecast fair skies and rising barometric pressure for today. Looking outside at the snow melting off the carriage house roof and the blue sky between the clouds I would have to suggest that we are actually having partly cloudy skies with warm temperatures and some wind.
