These Clouds Are Hanging Around Again
For the overnight we had no precipitation, and the temperature did stay a bit higher than forecast. It has remained cloudy overnight and a bit humid, but still comfortable for sleeping. The NEXRAD radar is seeing some precipitation moving off south of us, and the Weather Underground model forecast maps are seeing the same.
For today, N.O.A.A. sees temperatures in the mid-fifties, cloud cover remaining in the mid-sixties to upper seventies (74%/76%/78%/63%), but no precipitation. This should prove to be interesting.
My Weather Stick is straight, and that seems about right for 82% relative humidity, although I might have expected more of a downturn. The electronic instruments are a bit confused as well. The Weather Station is forecasting fair skies with rising barometric pressure, the Min/Max Thermometer partly cloudy skies with falling barometric pressure and the remote weather station says cloudy skies with steady barometric pressure. That should confuse all of us. My best guess is that we will not see a lot of sun, but we will not see any rain either. It appears that it will just be a bit dreary.
