After this morning's rain we have dried out just a little bit. We now stand at an inch and three quarters of precipitation for the month. By this time last year we had 5.66 inches of precipitation for May. Maybe good things will happen yet. It has still been humid, and even though the temperature made it over 60 it felt cool. As I mentioned this morning the maps and NEXRAD radar indicate that we have one more day of this type of weather to get through.
For the first three periods of the overnight N.O.A.A. does not show the predominant weather, and for the last period the forecast is for rain. The cloud cover prediction (98%/99%/100%/100%) would support a forecast of rain as would the relative humidity, but they do not specifically say what it will be. The NEXRAD radar does show rain to the west of us, and the Weather Underground maps also indicate so approaching foul weather. Wilton, Maine will probably get a little wetter overnight.
My Weather Stick has finally caught up with the relative humidity by pointing straight out. The electronic instruments are calling for the barometric pressure to continue to fall. The remote weather station predicts cloudy skies, while the other two instruments forecast foul weather. We will probably see some showers overnight, but not much change in temperature. That is how I see it, but I have been known to be wrong as often as the expert prognosticators.

N.O..A.A. started out well with the temperature, but was further and further off as the day wore on. They did hit the relative humidity very closely though. Someday they will get them both right during the same time periods. That does happen occasionally.
