This morning has dawned with mostly clear skies, and high relative humidity. There was no rain overnight in this area of Wilton, Maine. I did receive reports that there were some showers in this area yesterday around mid-afternoon. That was about the same time we had one in Norway, Maine, so they were widely scattered. There still was not enough to measure in the rain gauge.
For today N.O.A.A. forecasts no precipitation, temperatures at or near eighty, minimal cloud cover (6%/8%/9%/15%), and relative humidity in the thirty percent range. This should be a gorgeous day if the forecast is correct. The NEXRAD composite radar is not showing any precipitation in our area. The Weather Underground model forecast maps are still not fully operational this morning, so I cannot report on them.
My Weather Stick points slightly down,, which is a bit of a surprise considering the 89% relative humidity. All three of the electronic instruments are forecasting rising barometric pressure. That is good since it indicates a new system moving into place. Two of the instruments forecast fair skies, and the remote weather station forecasts cloudy conditions. I do not think we will have many clouds around, and no precipitation either. This will be a great day to work outside if everything proves to be correct.

N.O.A.A. had all the temperatures forecast correctly except the 05:00 hour one. They only had the 20:00 hour point correct for the relative humidity. This still does not speak well of their ability to forecast these parameters.
