The overnight appears to have been as picture perfect as yesterday was. We had no precipitation, and the sky at sunrise was completely clear. The temperature was in the low forties, and there was little or no wind. As shown by my Weather Stick, the only downside was the high relative humidity. That is forecast to decrease through the day.
For today the N.O.A.A. forecast is for no precipitation in our area, but the cloud cover is expected to increase (40%/45%/50%/55%) gradually through the day. The temperature is forecast to reach the mid to upper seventies, and the relative humidity is expected to decrease slightly.
My Weather Stick has responded well to the 87% relative humidity by pointing down. All three of the electronic instruments indicate rising barometric pressure. Two of my electronic instruments forecast fair skies, while the remote weather station predicts cloudy skies. I tend to believe the two instruments predicting fair skies. I think it will be another great day to be outside doing what needs to be done to maintain the garden. Now, if I could get my lawnmower back and working...
