Summer is here, or at least it is on its way. As a result of the warm temperatures and sunshine I was able to finish all but two sections of my lawn. This is another of those tasks that I will be gland to see the end of for a few days. If I can get it finished I will include a photo. It certainly looks like a hayfield. It is still not finished, but it is getting closer. Once I am done with that I will be able to touch up the garden, and get the last of the weeds out of it. N.O.A.A. may have had the predominant weather correct, but we did not have any showers here.
For tonight N.O.A.A. is clinging stubbornly to their light scattered showers for Wilton, Maine and its environs. The cloud cover forecast of 68%,58%, 51%, and 51% does not really support that forecast. The NEXRAD radar does not have any precipitation near us or moving in our direction. The Weather Underground model forecast maps indicate that we could have a bit of rain by morning.
My Weather Stick points slightly down, a slight frown. This in response to the 87% relative humidity. Two of the electronic instruments indicate rising barometric pressure and fair skies. The remote weather station forecasts a mix of clouds and fair skies, but with steady barometric pressure. I think we will see some clouds, but no precipitation overnight. We could use a bit of rain right about now, but maybe we will see some early tomorrow morning. If not I am considering doing a bit of judicious watering, and that is something I do not like to do.

With the exception of the 14:00 hour point N.O.A.A. had the temperature forecast correct. The relative humidity on the other hand they were not close at any of the time periods.
