A Bit Warm, But A Nice Day!
The temperature in Wilton, Maine did warm up to just over ninety degrees this afternoon. It was not very humid, so it was still pleasant. N.O.A.A. had the predominant weather correct for today. We had no precipitation, and the cloud cover remained low. I did split the last of the first load of wood, and now I have the second load to do. I need some nice weather to get that done along with all the other chores I need to finish around here.
For the overnight the N.W.S. predicts no precipitation, and cloud cover to match (10%/16%/40%/36%), although it does seem to be on the increase. Both the NEXRAD composite radar and Weather Underground model forecast maps do not show any precipitation for the overnight.
My Weather Stick appears to be smiling slightly despite the 81% relative humidity. All three of the electronic instruments are suggesting the barometric pressure will rise. Two of them forecast fair weather, while the remote weather station forecasts a mix of fair and cloudy weather. For myself, I think we will have a pleasant night with no rain.

The N.W.S. did not hit one of the actual temperatures with their forecast. They only had the 11:00 hour point correct with the relative humidity. This was not a very accurate forecast for Wilton, Maine.
