A Clear Cool Morning!
N.O.A.A. predicted fog during the overnight, but when I rose to take Ike (our new 8 week old English Setter puppy out) at 06:00 hours there was none, and none has appeared since then. So, they missed that part of the forecast for Wilton Maine. It did get quite cool (I saw 37.8°F on the Min/Max thermometer and 37.5°F on the weather station control panel.). Fall is definitely in the air.
For today the N.W.S. forecasts no precipitation, high temperatures in the los sixties and minimal cloud cover (10%/16%/20%/10%). The NEXRAD radar is clear. The Weather Underground model forecast maps forecast another stretch of clear weather for the next several days.
My Weather Stick points down in response to the 88% relative humidity at 06:00 hours. All three of the electronic instruments call for fair skies and rising barometric pressure. Looking outside, I cannot see a cloud in the sky, and the temperature is quite cool at only 41.1°F. Ike has the right idea, he is asleep at my feet. (His full name is Isaac of Redgate).

N.O.A.A. had the temperature forecast correct for all four forecast periods (within five degrees). They almost had the relative humidity correct as well, but missed the last period. That was a pretty good showing on their part.
