This Was Another Great Day For The Outdoors!

.O.A.A. said it and I agreed that this would be another dry day with pleasant temperatures. I am glad the black flies have not heard about these. It did get warm as you will note below, but the humidity was low making it very pleasant. I did get some more of my wood split and stacked. I hope to finish it tomorrow, If I can get going early. I have another meeting tonight, and it looks like it will be another late one. It was foggy early this morning, and N.O.A.A. predicted that also. At midnight there was some light fog beginning to move into this area of Wilton,
Maine.
For tonight the N.W.S. forecasts no precipitation early and fog after midnight, right into tomorrow morning. There do not seem to be any storms on the NEXRAD radar or the Weather Underground model forecast maps that will affect us any time in the near future. The cloud cover appears to be forecast to be on the increase, but only slightly (2%/7%/12%/12%). I am not sure how to read that, particularly at night.
My Weather Stick is still frowning, and with 89% relative humidity I am too. My Weather station is forecasting foul weather due to the decrease in the barometric pressure. The other two electronic instruments are forecasting mixed conditions with rising barometric pressure. If a front has moved through it did not have any moisture associated with it, and the pressure seems to be slowly on the rise. My best guess is that we will see the fog increase overnight, but it will dissipate quickly in the morning. Overall this will be a nice night.

Relative Humidity: 96%/90%//49%/80%//37%/54%//46%/52%

The temperature forecast by N.O.A.A. was on, off and on, off. So they get that half right. They missed all four of the relative humidity forecast points. Once again this was not one of their better showings. These folks are supposed to be the experts, and this is the best they can muster? I wonder how much of our tax dollar goes to fund this part of their budget.
Forecast data for the overnight.
Temperature: 72°F/64°F/57°F/49°F
Relative Humidity: 48%/60%/75%/100%
