The humidity remained quite high overnight, and the fog moved in at some point. We did not have rain as was forecast for the overnight. Right now (07:15 hours) the sun is coming out through the stratus clouds that moved in after I took my first readings. The temperature is also moving up along with the relative humidity this morning.
For today, the N.W.S. forecasts more rain with cloud cover to match(90%/87%/84%/90%). The Weather Underground model forecast maps indicate that we will have storms for most of the day. The NEXRAD regional radar also shows storms moving in our direction, but slowly.
My Weather Stick continues to frown at the 91% relative humidity. There is no agreement among the electronic instruments. My Weather Station forecasts mixed conditions with rising barometric pressure. The Min/Max Thermometer forecasts fair skies with rising barometric pressure. The remote weather station forecasts cloudy conditions with rising barometric pressure. It seems that we have a high pressure system trying to move in, and maybe it will before the day is over. Until it does I think we will continue to have some unsettled weather with humid conditions.
