Jack Frost Has Tiptoed Around Overnight!

As I came upstairs to start this report I noted that there was a very brief interlude of fog. It did not help since the temperature went to 28.9°F after the fog cleared. Summer is now officially over here. We can look forward now to Indian Summer, which is the first warm spell after the first killing frost. It can last for a day or up to a week. Whatever it does it is here. N.O.A.A. had the predominant weather correct, no precipitation and the chance for some fog. The sky overnight was cloudless, but now on the western horizon there are a few cirrus clouds. Ike did not want to stay outside this morning when I took him for his walk. Right now he is curled up at my feet, warming them very nicely.
For today the N.W.S. forecasts no precipitation with partly cloudy skies (26%/15%/38%/43%). There are some showers in central New York state, according to the NEXRAD composite radar, but I do not think they will make it here based on what is shown on the Weather Underground model forecast maps.
My Weather Stick is frowning again due to the 87% relative humidity. All three of my electronic instruments forecast rising barometric pressure. Two of them are calling for fair skies, while the remote weather station says partly cloudy skies will be the order of the day. I think we will see a few clouds passing through today, but the temperature will warm up into the sixties. There will not be a lot of wind because the high pressure system will be directly overhead. This will probably start to move off by evening.

Comparative data for the overnight.
Temperature:41°F/43.5°F//35°F/35.7°F//32°F/32.1°F//29°F/30.0°F
Relative Humidity: 76%/65%//92%/81%//92%/85%//100%/87%

The N,W.S. forecast the temperature correctly for all the four forecast points overnight. They missed all four of the relative humidity readings at this location. They had the direction correct, but missed the actual readings by a significant amount.
Forecast data for today.
Temperature: 31°F/52°F/62°F/60°F
Relative Humidity: 96%/50%/36%/39%
