A Lot Warmer Than Yesterday, But Cool Tonight!
We had no precipitation today as N.O.A.A. suggested. There were some clouds, but much more sun, and that had a beneficial effect on the temperature sending it up to the mid-fifties this afternoon. It was quite windy this afternoon, but that wind has died down this evening.
For tonight, the N.W.S. forecasts no precipitation, but some increase in the cloud cover (33%/45%/57%/54%). The NEXRAD regional radar shows no echoes, other than apparent ground clutter) over the state of Maine. The Weather Underground model forecast maps show nothing affecting us until much later in the week (maybe Thursday or Friday).
My Weather Stick is smiling, and with 74% relative humidity so am I. All three of my electronic weather instruments indicate rising barometric pressure. Two of the instruments forecast fair skies overnight, and the remote weather station forecasts a mix of fair and cloudy conditions. Based on what I saw when I was outside a while ago we have a few cirrus clouds around, but not enough to ground "Life Flight". Their path to the hospital comes close to our house. My best assessment of the weather tonight is that it will be cool, in the low thirties, with some high thin clouds, but no precipitation.

The N,W.S. forecast the temperature incorrectly for half the period today. They got the second half right. They incorrectly forecast the relative humidity today here in Wilton, Maine. I have no explanation why, they just did.
