For today N.O.A.A. forecast scattered light snow showers, and we did have a shower around 14:00 hours. It did not last long and there was only a trace of new show on the ground. After that the sun came out and it was a decent afternoon. After that snow shower the temperature got noticeably colder. It must have signaled the passage of the cold front. It is definitely cold now, and a lot colder than it was when I took the data from my weather station just after 16:00 hours.
The N.W.S. is only predicting scattered snow showers between 19:00 and 22:00 hours. The cloud cover is expected to dissipate, and in fact I do not think showers can be supported by the projected cloud cover (19%/37%/24%/17%). There is no precipitation showing up in our area on the NEXRAD regional composite radar. The Weather Underground model forecast maps also appear to be clear for the next couple of days.
My Weather Stick is expressionless in response to the 76% relative humidity. Two of the electronic instruments forecast fair skies with rising barometric pressure. The remote weather station still projects cloudy conditions with steady barometric pressure. The high temperatures were not very high 21.9°F, 25.2°F and 21.7°F. I think we will be cold overnight, and probably tomorrow. It will probably be a pretty night, but very cold. I do not think we will see 30°F until Sunday.

For today the N.W.S. forecast the temperature correctly at all four points. They did miss three of the four relative humidity forecasts by more than 10%. The only one that was within those limits was at 10:00 hours.
