We Still Cannot Get Above Freezing!

N.O.A.A. forecast no precipitation for the daylight hours today. They were correct in that prediction. We did have a day with some cloudy periods and clear periods. It did stay cold however with the temperature not getting above 25°F. It was much more pleasant to watch the weather from inside the warm house than to go outside and experience it.
For the overnight N.O.A.A. predicted no precipitation for the entire period. The cloud cover does support that, although there is a prediction of slightly higher cloud cover between 22:00 and 01:00 hours (54%/58%/62%/36%). We did have an errant snow shower at about 23:00 hours. It only lasted for a few minutes and was gone. It did not show up on the NEXRAD composite regional radar or the Weather Underground model forecast maps, so unless you were outside in it, I guess it did not happen.
My weather Stick is smiling at the 51% relative humidity. (I took all this data just after 16:00 hours). My electronic instruments seem to be a bit confused. The La Crosse Weather Station sees fair skies with rising barometric pressure. The Min/Max Thermometer calls for unsettled weather with falling barometric pressure and the remote weather station forecasts cloudy conditions with falling barometric pressure. Maybe by morning they will begin to agree again. The recorded high temperatures on the instruments were 24.6°F, 20.7°F and 20.7°F. With the exception of the 23:00 burst of snow I think the weather will remain calm through the rest of the night, but it will be cold again.

The N.W.S. did do a little better than they did overnight with the temperature. The only point they missed was at 13:00 hours. Likewise they only missed one of the relative humidity forecasts. That was at 10:00 hours. As I noted they did better than they did overnight.
Forecast data for today.
Temperature: 14°F/12°F/10°F/9°F.
Relative Humidity: 53%/68%/69%/67%
