Last night I got as far as getting all the data collected from the various instruments. As I started to write this report I fell asleep, and decided to wait until morning to finish it. N.O.A.A. had predicted light snow all day, and that is exactly what we had. That added another 2" to what we had overnight. When I collected the data it was still snowing, gee isn't that a surprise.
For the overnight the N.W.S. forecast more light scattered snow showers. Well, from 19:00 to 23:00 it just continued to snow, sometime harder and sometime lighter. It will be interesting to see the snow gauge in the morning. Both the NEXRAD radar and Weather Underground model forecast maps indicate that we will see more of this type of activity overnight. The cloud cover is forecast to be 100% overnight.
My Weather Stick is angry and frowning at the 82% relative humidity. Two of my electronic instruments see fair skies overnight and all three see the barometric pressure rising. The remote weather station forecasts unsettled weather. I think the former two instruments have had their "brains" affected by the cold and snow. The latter is not much better. People wonder why we have so many affected by "Seasonal Affected Disorder". We need some sun to get our Pineal Body back on track. All this will end eventually, I am just not sure when, and apparently neither are the "experts". High Temperatures for today were 22.8°F/25.0°F/30.2°F.
