Guess What? It Is Snowing Again!

The Snow Keeps Piling Up In Front Of The House
I had connectivity problems with Wildblue as a result of my old friend the icicle on the satellite dish. I did not post the last two reports because of that. This situation should be rectified next week.
We did not have any of the light scattered snow showers that N.O.A.A. predicted for today. The clouds did gradually roll in until it was completely overcast at 16:00 hours. So far the temperature is still in the mid-twenties, and I guess that is good. Oh, yes it has started to snow again by 17:00 hours when I took Ike out for a short walk.
For the overnight the N.W.S is forecasting snow to start the period and snow to end the period with the cloud cover a 100% all night. There is a system moving our way on both the NEXRAD composite regional radar and the Weather Underground model forecast maps. I guess we will wake to snow tomorrow morning. The red sky was not lying to us this morning. We had best take
warning on this one.
My Weather Stick has forgotten how to smile, I am sure, since the relative humidity is still 77%. My electronic instruments still cannot agree. The La Crosse Weather Station still forecasts fair skies with rising barometric pressure. The Min/Max thermometer says foul weather with falling barometric pressure. Just to round out the disagreement the remote weather station forecasts cloudy conditions with steady barometric pressure. I pick the Min/Max forecast since it is already snowing and getting nasty out there. Get ready to clear driveways again tomorrow by about noon. We had almost a 40 degree swing in temperature with 32.9°F, 33.5°F and 24.6°F for the recorded high temperatures.
High Temperature (°F): 32.9
Current Temperature (°F): 28.9

The N.W.S. forecast the temperature within limits for all four periods today. They missed all four of the relative humidity forecasts
for today. This was not a good showing!
Forecast data for the overnight. .
Temperature: 26°F/23°F/22°F/23°F.
