This Storm Has Ended With Another Three Inches!

Since last night we added another inch of new, light, fluffy snow. This was predicted by N.O.A.A.. It also got quite cold overnight. This morning we have a combination of cirrocumulus and cumulus clouds passing by signaling the end of this event. The sun is shining brightly and the temperature is rebounding into the mid to upper twenties.
The N.W.S. forecasts light scattered snow showers for the first period with no precipitation for the rest of the day. The NEXRAD regional composite radar does show that any precipitation will be moving off south of us out to sea. The same situation is predicted by the Weather Underground model forecast maps.
My Weather Stick points slightly down in response to the 81% relative humidity, and I would have expected it to point down. I guess it just has not caught up with the ambient relative humidity. All three of my electronic instruments are calling for the barometric pressure to continue to fall, and it is. Two of the instruments are calling for foul weather while the remote weather station indicates cloudy conditions will be the rule for today. They recorded low temperatures of -0.2°F, -4.5°F and 15.1°F respectively. I think the clouds will continue to move off to the east taking the threat of precipitation with them It would be nice if the temperature would get above freezing and begin to remove some more of the snow. We are now up to 28°F and it is not even noon. So, we may break the freezing mark today despite the forecast by the N.W.S.

Comparative data for the overnight .

Relative Humidity: 70%/78%//77%/79%//84%/79%//84%/80%

The N.W.S. missed the 04:00 hour temperature forecast. They had the rest of them correct. They were correct within limits for all four of the relative humidity forecasts. That was a pretty good job.
Forecast data for today.
Temperature: 5°F/17°F/29°F/27°F.
Relative Humidity: 79%/77%/51%/55%
