The Fog Gave Way To A Beautiful Day!
The fog was gone by11:00 hours, just as N.O.A.A. said it would be. I got my usual chores done, the goats milked, the eggs picked and fresh water for everyone. I even loaded a bit of wood into my Outdoor Wood Boiler. After all that I finally got to spend an hour looking for Tom that Turkey. Unfortunately I did not find him, but I will try again tomorrow. Maybe I can get out a bit earlier.
The N.W.S. says that we will have no precipitation overnight and very little cloud cover (44%/11%/8%/9%). It should be a very pleasant night. If the weather continues to improve as it is we may be able to open the windows in another couple of weeks. That will be nice to air the house out and change to summer air.
My Weather Stick was smiling at the 38% relative humidity. That was a far cry from this morning. However all three of my electronic instruments saw falling barometric pressure in our future with two of them calling fro foul weather and the remote weather station seeing clouds. I am not sure why yet, but these things should change by the morning. We shall see. The La Crosse weather station still shows falling barometric pressure. We did have some nice high temperatures in the sixties and lower seventies (71.9°F/66.4°F/60.1°F). I think the weather will continue to improve at least until Wednesday. We may have a spot of rain by Thursday, at least that is what is showing up on the Weather Underground model forecast maps.

The N.W.S. had the first three of the temperature forecasts correct, missing the last one by a little over a degree. They were within limits at the beginning and end of the day with the relative humidity, but missed the middle of the day by more than 10%. The more things change the more they stay the same.
