Cool Temperatures, But Clearing Skies. Nice!

Overnight we had no precipitation, as N.O.A.A. predicted, and the cloud cover did dissipate. This morning when I exercised Ike we had just a few cirrus clouds, but they came with some fog. That fog raised the relative humidity to around 87% at 05:30 which had the weather stick frowning. Since then it has changed as you will see from the recorded data. The temperature is skyrocketing, and we do not seem to be having any increase in cloud cover.
The N.W.S. forecasts no precipitation today, but a slight increase in the cloud cover (31%/40%/48%/53%). There is still a storm showing up on the NEXRAD regional composite radar, but it is still moving east, and does not appear to be preparing to deluge us. The Weather Underground model forecast maps also indicate that we will not be affected by this one. There seems to be a system moving toward us for Saturday afternoon, and another one for Sunday afternoon. I may need to till the garden a fourth time after the rain in order to create the growing beds.
My Weather Stick started the day frowning at the fog and 87% relative humidity, but with the relative humidity now at 50% in is smiling broadly. Two of my electronic instruments call for foul weather still, with falling barometric pressure, but the remote weather station sees cloudy conditions with steady pressure. I think they are all wrong, and we will have clearing skies with light winds, moderate temperatures and rising barometric pressure. This ought to be a nice day. We deserve it after the winter we experienced.

The N.W.S. missed only the 20:00 hour temperature forecast, but that only by two degrees. They did not do as well with the relative humidity where they missed all four of the recorded amounts. Well, they cannot get them all right now can they?
Forecast data for today.
Temperature: 51°F/64°F/69°F/67°F.
Relative Humidity: 54%/35%/27%/28%
