Fishing has even been terrible. There is just too much food in the water, and the fish are hiding. They must be curled up under an afghan reading a book. The gardens are so wet that any seed that gets planted will rot in the ground, and it is like walking in oatmeal to try to prepare the ground. Well, we can hope for next week!

It was raining last night when the lights went out, and it is still raining moterately hard this morning. It is understood that the farmers and gardeners need rain, but we are approaching the ridiculous, every 2 to 3 days would be great, but every day is a bit much.

Description: The eastern sky in Wilton was illuminated by a golden orb this morning, it was the Sun. This is an event when compared to the recent weather in the area. There appear to have been some passing showers overnight with an estimated trace of 0.05" of rain collected in the rain gauge. The Daffodils and Narcissus are in full bloom and between the sun yesterday and the rain over the past week the lawn needs mowing again. Today looks like it is going to be an even better day than yesterday with the temperatures already in the mid forties, lots of sun and only a passing cloud.

Description This morning it was cloudy in Wilton, but it was not raining. The temperature was in the forties and the relative humidity around 58%.. It looked like a good day to be outside. There were a few patches of sun during the day. There has been very little wind today, and the predominent feature was the cloud cover. All in all it was a good day to be outside in the garden. Tilling is still difficult due to the amount of rain we have had this spring.
