As the N.O.A.A. predicted, once the fog burned off we had a
delightful day. By late afternoon the
pepper plot in front of the house was beginning to dry. The grass remained wet, and would have made a
terrible mess, had I tried to mow it.
The ground underneath was still wet as well. I probably did well to let both the garden
and the lawn go until tomorrow.
The N.W.S.
predicts a dry overnight with some fog during the second half of the

cover (1%/0%/1%/0%). There are no showers on the NEXRAD regional

The N.W.S. predicts a dry overnight with some fog during the second half of the period. They predict almost no cloud cover (1%/0%/1%/0%). There are no showers on the NEXRAD regional composite radar. The Weather Underground model forecast maps also indicate that we will have another great day tomorrow. Thursday things may go south late in the day, and Friday appears to be another soggy day.
My Weather Stick is finally reaching for the sky with the lower humidity and higher temperature.
54% Relative Humidity/68.7°F
Currently I am using my remote weather station to monitor the temperature in the coop with my meat birds, which I picked up today. Twelve home grown chickens, I hope. The two remaining digital instruments call for fair skies and rising barometric pressure. They recorded the following very pleasant temperatures (72.1°F/72.4°F). I think we are in for a nice night, and if the wind picks up we will have very little fog. If not we will have a lot of fog based on the predicted relative humidity for tomorrow morning.

The N.W.S. had the temperature forecast correctly for today. They did miss the two relative humidity levels in the middle of the day. For that reason they do not receive Kudos for their efforts. They already have their forecasts in for the overnight.
