here in Wilton, Maine, but the fog was quite dense when I
took Ike out for his morning constitutional. It was so humid that it felt like
I was breathing water. So they had it
half right. When we came in he was quite the wet dog from frolicking in the wet
grass. Once the fog burns off I guess
the grass will dry, as will the garden.
Maybe this afternoon I will be able to cut my hayfield, commonly called
the lawn, and tomorrow I should be able to attack the garden.
the N.W.S. forecasts no precipitation, and we have been waiting for that. Their estimate of the cloud cover certainly
supports that (57%/26%/4%/5%). There are
no showers on the NEXRAD regional composite radar for the first time since
Friday. Again, it is about time for that
to happen. The Weather Underground model
forecast maps indicate fair weather today, tomorrow and Thursday, but a return
to foul weather on Friday. At least I
should be able to get some things done outside that I have had to put off since
last week.
Stick has once again responded well to the 91% relative humidity. Now you can even see what it looks like.

pressure. Right now I believe them. Either they have caught up with the weather
or the weather has caught up with them.
They recorded the following for the low temperatures overnight
(53.4°F/53.5°F/54.1°F). I see the
sunshine falling on the leaves of the trees for the first time in a while, so
while the sky was overcast at 06:30 this morning the cloud cover is beginning
to break up now (09:30). (Yea!)

has gotten all eight forecasts correct for the temperature and relative

in a row that they have done that.
Kudos for their efforts overnight. I
hope they get them right again today.
That would be nice.
